• Customers must provide clear photos or videos of all waste or items to be collected at the time of booking.
• Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

2.3 Quotation Policy

• Quotations are based on the type, volume, and weight of waste/items described by the customer.
• Discrepancies upon collection may result in adjusted fees.

3. Accessibility of Waste and Items

3.1 Accessibility Requirements

• All waste or items for collection must be easily accessible to our team.

3.2 Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure waste is not obstructed by:
  • Vehicles
  • Locked areas
  • Other barriers
• If access is restricted, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.

3.3 Large or Heavy Items

• Items requiring dismantling must be disassembled before our team arrives unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not collect or dispose of:

• Hazardous or toxic materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals).
• Explosives or flammable substances.
• Biological or medical waste.

If such items are found during collection, we reserve the right to refuse service or apply additional charges for specialist disposal.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Upon Completion

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
